- to publish an online Member Directory or create a networking area within this site

MMBA's on-line directory does publish contact information about members and information about their practice/company in the MMBA online Member Directory which is available to other members and vendor partners. This information may include members name, name of practice/company, address, telephone number, fax number, email information and areas of specialization. Our terms and conditions expressly prohibit "harvesting" e-mail addresses published on this site for solicitation purposes.
From time to time, MMBA may share postal mailing lists with carefully selected third parties so that they may contact you regarding classes, services or offers that we believe will be of interest to you. If you do not wish your personal information to be shared in this manner, you may "opt-out" at any time by sending us an e-mail at mmbahelp@yahoo.com or contacting us at 517-651-7180. Your information will continue to be available to all members but by opting out we will not share information outside MMBA. This would mean that mailing lists that MMBA shares with organizations such as MMGMA or MSMS would result in no mailings about classes or Third Party Payer Day as an example.
